APACHE GEAR HISTORY

Alan Will landed his first job at Gear company of America in Cleveland, Ohio right out of high school. Alan was then drafted and served  the United States Army in Vietnam. After returning home, he headed west to Phoenix, Arizona, and got a job at Pasco Gear and Machine in 1976. Where he continued learning all about the mining industry and the manufacturing of large gears. In 1984, he began working at Kimberly Gear and for the next eight years learned about the aerospace Industry. In 1995, he and his wife Bridget Will incorporated Apache Gear. 


Over the last 30 years our customer satisfaction and our commitment to quality has established our huge customer base. This has made us a leader in Industrial Gears and Splines. We specialize in custom gear manufacturing for a wide range of industries including industrial equipment, aerospace and automotive. Our products include but are not limited to external and internal splines, spur gears, helical gears, and worm gears.  


We continue to be family operated and owned business and fill orders from 1 to 500 pieces or more.

With our production capabilities, we can cut Gear teeth and splines on your parts with rapid turnaround times with quantities of 2 to 250 pieces or more.

Splined shafts, axle shafts, transmission shafts and serrations are an integral part of the gear world.
Our capacities range from a 3/16-36 serration to 16”dia. with 56” of splines between centers.

Breakdowns can be expensive and time-consuming! 

Especially when no parts are available. 


No blueprints, no problem!
